We once again need to thank Mr. Tree for their professionalism. Without their knowledge as arborist's, we are certain we would have had storm or ice damage during this last winter's season. Our home is surrounded by fir trees on 10 acres. We have contacted other tree service companies in the past and always have gone with Mr. Tree as we can always be confident that the work would surpass our expectations and in the past 10 years, they have. We have recommended Mr. Tree to both of our neighbors and they have also been pleased with their work.

From our first contact with Wilbur, who wrote our estimate for removing our two to trees & limbs over hanging into our yard, to Phil's final trip to grind the stump of our huge maple tree, your company has been phenomenal! Our cutting crew, Fodlibek, Porfirio and Hermineo did a fantastic job. They all worked so hard in the heat July 9th, cleaning all the branches & cleaning up beautifully. Phil must have been out 3 (maybe 4) times to grind the stump of our "GINORMUS" maple due to pipes running under & the roots.

We how have a "beautiful" footing for our new patio cover in the place where that pesky stun was! Joyce + Crystal in the office (always sound like they have a smile on their faces) were very patient with Steve & I when we called to ask questions lots of them having to do with our pipes running under that stump and if we could have Phil out "one more time" because we thought we had the pips out of the way… We have already recommended your Company to several of our friends. Great Service, Great Crews, and Thank You.

I want to let you know how happy I was with your service. Your full-page ad in the PABA directory initially got my attention, because it was well-written and informative. I called to get a free estimate.

After speaking with Crystal and Don, I thought I found the company that I wanted to work with for my tree removal. The estimate was very reasonable, and I showed it to several of my neighbors. They thought it was reasonable, too. One neighbor immediately contacted you. Another neighbor said he was also going to call you, and that he would be passing it on to yet another neighbor.

Wilbur, you have a great team of people working for you, and they all make a positive impression. The guys who actually came out, removed the tree and grinded the stump were amazing. They are very fast and efﬁcient at what they do, and we know who they are by their really cool Mr. Tree shirts. Everyone that I came in contact with at Mr. Tree was very helpful, polite and professional.

Please let your employees know that it all counts, and that your customers appreciate it. People tell their neighbors, because everyone is looking for a professional company that they can trust when they need something like this done.
